Flower arrangement as a ministry is often overlooked and often feared as a specialist job, and yet, flowers not only enhance the beauty of our church, but also, by offering our time, effort and the beauty of creation we give glory to God in the most exquisite way. Flower arranging also reinforces the church liturgy throughout the year by the use of colour and type of flowers. Most importantly, flower arrangements reflect the love and life of the church community and give pleasure to all who attend and it is not an specialist job: if you love flowers, you can arrange them!
Our church in Kelvedon is looking for one or two new volunteers to join our team. The idea is to have a good number of people who can contribute to this ministry by arranging, assisting or helping to maintain the flowers in good order during the week.
