Fr Gerald received the  parish donation outstanding because of the difficulties in arranging a bank transfer.  He writes: “ Warm Holy Week greetings from Uganda unto you I send you our prayers, love, and remembrance during this most sacred week of our faith. As we walk through Holy Week  from Palm Sunday to the Cross and toward the hope of the Resurrection we are reminded that suffering is never the end of the story. The Cross always leads to new life.”
